It is relatively simple. The building factor reduces from the city or village centre to the beach. The following factors apply as a rough classification:

Building description:

Do not expect a perfect, detailed building description. The specifications are usually very vague. There is no need to compromise on materials and fittings, whether tiles, electrical or sanitary. You just have to know what you want. You will often hear "too expensive", "not possible", "complicated" or "prolongs the construction period".

 

Pricing:

On the internet you can find offers from property developers with arbitrary prices. It is often impossible to understand how the price, which is made up of land costs, construction costs and ancillary costs, is arrived at. There are property developers who specialise in certain nationalities and base their calculations on them.
