After receipt, we will search for suitable properties in addition to your selection. You will find a selection in our real estate portal. If you have found an offer from a competitor that meets your requirements, we will be happy to visit the property for you.

We record any defects, calculate the costs for possible repairs and prepare a value assessment after a detailed inspection.

As in Germany, it is also essential in Cyprus to constantly check a building project on site for progress, compliance with the building specifications and quality. Our partners are happy to take care of this in order to prevent any trouble that may arise later.
