Aphrodite Hills Golf
The Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort claims to be the Leading Course of Cyprus. The generosity is overwhelming. To reach hole 7, a par 3, you drive down countless serpentines into a gorge. Unfortunately, hole 8, with probably the best view of the green - sea, is restricted by current construction activities.
The course was renovated from mid 2017 - Jan. 2018 at a cost of approx. 2 million euros. The greens and bunkers were completely overhauled. Two shiploads of white sand were brought from North Africa. The result is sobering. The greens are excellent, but the new bunker sand is simply unsuitable.
The green fee is too expensive in the high season, but you should have played this course once.

The tees 1 and 10 are approx. 200m from the clubhouse. The 18 tee green is located directly at the clubhouse
Six tee positions 3 men & 3 ladies
The course is only playable with golf carts.
Course architect
The golf course was designed by the renowned architect Cabell Robinson.
